Jeff Seely, Jobster CEO

Jason Goldberg, Jobster Founder and Vice Chairman
Jason Goldberg is the founding visionary behind Jobster. Under Goldberg’s leadership, an idea for helping connect employers with valuable audiences has now blossomed into a rapidly growing, multi-million dollar revenue company with thousands of customers and millions of users.

Prior to founding Jobster, Goldberg led strategic planning & alliances for T-Mobile USA. Prior to joining T-Mobile, Goldberg held a series of management positions at AOL Time Warner. Goldberg also served in the Clinton administration as senior aide to White House Chief of Staff, Erskine Bowles. Jason received his MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and holds a BA from Emory University with honors and Phi Beta Kappa distinction.

Jon Anderson, Founder, Ignition Partners
Jon Anderson is a general partner and one of the founders of Ignition Partners where he invests in enterprise data and applications companies. Jon represents Ignition Partners on the boards of Jobster, Certus, Full Capture Solutions, MarketRange, Wildseed and N'Site Solutions. Prior to Ignition, Jon spent nine years at Microsoft Corporation in several strategic roles, advising the company's executive management on overall business strategy, guiding such key issues as enterprise licensing and pricing, financing and P&L management, and leading a team responsible for development and execution of Microsoft's volume licensing programs, an $8 billion business.

John Connors, Partner, Ignition Partners
John is a partner at Ignition and invests in enterprise software and services companies. John currently serves as a director on the boards of Nike and Jobster. Prior to Ignition, John served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Microsoft Corporation from January 2000 to April 2005. He joined Microsoft in 1989 and held various management positions, including Corporate Controller from 1994 to 1996, Chief Information Officer from 1996 to 1999 and Vice President, Worldwide Enterprise Group in 1999. John is a graduate of the University of Montana. He is a Trustee of the Nature Conservancy of Montana and the University of Montana Foundation. He also serves on the National Advisory Board for University of Montana Athletics and is a Board member for Bellevue Washington Football Boosters.

Allen Morgan, Managing Director, Mayfield
Allen Morgan has spent nearly 25 years counseling entrepreneurs throughout the startup company process, first as a well-known Silicon Valley lawyer and, since 1999, as a partner at Mayfield. At Mayfield, Allen's principal focus is on two major investment areas: enterprise software applications and infrastructure, particularly innovative solutions that enhance knowledge-worker productivity, as well as on startups in the area of consumer internet, interactive entertainment and new media. Allen currently sits on the Board of Directors of Beatnik, Electric Cloud, JotSpot, PlanetOut Partners (LGBT), Pluck, Scalix, Serious Magic, Snap, Tribe.net, and Varsity Group (VSTY).

Patricia Nakache, Principal, Trinity Ventures
Patricia Nakache is a principal at Trinity Ventures where she invests in business and consumer services and enterprise software companies. Patricia represents Trinity Ventures as a director on the boards of Jobster and Core3, and acts as an observer on the board of LoopNet. Patricia was also part of the team responsible for Trinity's investments in PlayFirst and Sabrix. Prior to joining Trinity in 1999, Patricia was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising enterprises in technology, retailing and financial services on their strategic and operational issues. Patricia received her M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and holds an A.B. from Harvard College.

Michelle Goldberg, Principal, Ignition Partners
Michelle is a principal at Ignition Partners, investing in enterprise and consumer software and services. Michelle acts as Ignition observer on Jobster's board. She also acts as Board director for Entellium and observer on the boards of Airwave, Certus and Docusign. She was an observer on UIEvolution (sold to Square Enix, Japan). Prior to joining Ignition Michelle worked as an independent consultant at Microsoft, a m&a investment banker at Olympic Capital Partners and a management consultant in the financial institutions group at A.T. Kearney. Michelle earned her B.A. degree from Columbia, and an M.A. degree from Harvard University.

Kevin Brown, Partner, Reed Elsevier Ventures
Kevin is a partner at Reed Elsevier Ventures where he invests in media and technology companies. Kevin was one of Reed Elsevier Ventures founding partners in late 2000, joining from SOFTBANK/News Corporation’s European joint venture fund, eVentures. At Reed Elsevier Ventures Kevin transacted deals including iPhrase (acquired by IBM), Babylon, Intraspect (acquired by Vignette), SRD (acquired by IBM), and AllBusiness. He is currently active on the boards of Inxight, Inpharmatica and Healthline. Previously, he was an entrepreneur having founded a risk management technology company selling derivative pricing and risk management software to the banking & energy industries. He has also spent a number of years at Arthur Andersen’s European strategy consulting practice where he specialized in helping many of the world’s largest energy & utilities companies formulate M&A and growth strategies to embrace the opportunities of liberalizing markets. Kevin received his bachelor of arts degree in Social & Political Sciences, graduating with honours from King’s College, the University of Cambridge, from where he also hold a Master of Arts.
