Jobster Certified Recruiter: Terms & Conditions

• Only activities completed after November 1, 2006 will count towards point totals, with the exception of introductory training and webinar attendance.
• Point totals will be communicated on a monthly basis via email.
• Data will be tabulated within a six week timeframe from the last posting.
• You will receive your gift certificate reward within six weeks of reaching a new level of certification. Award points will never expire.
• If you transition to a new company that uses Jobster, your points will be transferable.
• If you believe you are missing points please contact customerservice@jobster.com.

Activities

Messaging contacts:

• Messages must be sent to unique contacts.
• Messages must include either a network invitation or job announcement link.
• A maximum of 500 points will be awarded for sending messages to contacts.

Hires:

• Recruiter managers need to create "Hires" folder (all hire data will be taken from this folder). Find out how.
• The recruiter must own the job that the contact is hired for, and must personally add the hire to the Hires folder.
• In addition, the hire must have been a prospect for the position s/he was hired for.
• Hires will be confirmed with hiring manager/project manager.
• Points will only apply to hires made after November 1, 2006.

Logins:

• Only the first login per day counts towards points totals.
• A maximum of 500 points will be awarded for this activity.

Prospect follow-up:

• The owner of the job the prospect is either referred for or inquires about will receive the points for follow-up actions.
• Follow-up points will be awarded when a message is sent to a prospect via Jobster, or the prospect is marked as "Not a fit."

Intro and live webinar training:

• Points awarded when a recruiter attends a full intro training session (attendance taken at the end of class), or attends a live webinar.
• Viewings of on-demand recorded training sessions will not count towards your points totals.

Extra credit

Be a reference for Jobster
Points will be awarded for each contact you have with a potential Jobster customer facilitated by either an account manager or sales person.

Share a best practice at a local user forum
Attendance in person and active participation are required in order to be awarded points.

Maintenance

• Once reaching the Platinum level, 1,000 additional points are required each year to maintain certification.
• The same activities apply towards maintenance unless you’ve reached the maximum points allowed in a certain category.
