1. Load jobs (5-30 min)
2. Upload contacts (5-30 min)

• Employees ATS contacts (past applicants)
• Association members
• Event attendees
• LinkedIn network
• Other relevant industry contacts
3. Send “Network Invitation” message to all contacts (15 min)
• Separate messages for know/unknown
• Ask employees to invite former colleagues/friends
4. Create custom links to your network
   • Email signature link (4 min)
   • Links for job ads, association sites, intranet sites (3 min)
5. Set calendar reminder to log-in to Jobster weekly for 10 minutes (2 min)
