Send an email message campaign

Jobster helps get your jobs in front of the right people with targeted message campaigns. These message campaigns provide a proactive approach to recruiting that helps you uncover the high quality talent you’re looking for to fill your positions.

To send an email message campaign follow these instructions.

Send a message

  1. Upload jobs (2-5 min/job)
    • Select Add a Job from the blue box on the Jobster Dashboard
    • Enter appropriate fields
    • Click on Save and Activate
  2. Upload contacts (2-15 min)
    • Select Add Contacts from the blue box on the Jobster Dashboard
    • Click on Advanced Import
    • Follow steps 1, 2, and 3 to import list
  3. Send message – Job Announcement or Talent Network invite (5-10 min)
    • From the left navigation panel, click on the Messages tab and select Send a message
    • Complete sections 1, 2, and/or 3 of the message form
    • Click on Send Now (we strongly recommend you click on the “Preview message” link prior to sending to ensure you have included the appropriate subject, message, and link)
  4. Follow-up with prospects (5-15 min)
    • Check prospect follow-up rate
    • Review prospect profiles
    • Rate and categorize prospects
    • Send appropriate response to prospects; i.e. “ask to apply” or not a good match
  5. Track results (2-5 min)
    • Check visitation rates; see who has inquired, subscribed, referred
