Promote a recruiting event
Jobster's Events functionality makes it fast and easy to get the word out about your upcoming recruiting events. With Events you can message large groups of people in your talent network, track RSVPs, and follow-up by sending updates and reminders to those who have already responded.
Creating an event is easy, just follow these simple instructions.
- From the left navigation panel click on the “Events” tab and select “Add an Event”
- Fill in information, and event description
- Create your own “Event Teaser” (recommended)
- Use the drop down box to select the correct Event owner (The owner will receive all guest notifications)
- Use the drop down box to select the appropriate Job function to categorize the job for future reference
- Select the title of the event
- Select Send this event to your contacts
- Follow sending a message steps
- Click on Send Now (we strongly recommend you Preview the message prior to sending to ensure you have included the appropriate subject, message, and link)
