Post Jobs
Recruiters can send jobs to targeted audiences as well as actively post to job boards such as Jobster.com, which includes our extended publisher network, and Google Base.
To upload your jobs in the Jobster service, and to post them to the job boards, follow these instructions.
- Select Add a Job from the blue box on the Jobster Dashboard
- Fill in Job Title, Location, and Job Description and create your own Job Teaser
- Use the drop down box to select the appropriate Job function to categorize the job
- Next, use the drop down box to select the correct Recruiter Owner (Note: The owner will receive all notifications when candidates apply for this position.)
- Enter in a Requisition Number (optional)
- If you have an online application for this job, enter the URL in the Link to online application box (optional)
- Enter the Hiring Manager name and email (optional; note: this is only for tracking purposes. No one outside of your company will see this information)
- Next, select a referral bonus option and add bonus details for this job (optional)
- Click Save and Activate
- Next, select the job board you’d like to post to and click Post Now
