Create a custom Link (Team Edition)


Creating custom links is a great way to capture valuable audiences and promote your jobs. You can put custom links in your online advertising, your email signature, your website, or anywhere you're promoting your company careers online to drive traffic to your site.

Creating a custom link is easy, just follow these simple instructions.


Create Custom Link

  1. From the left navigation panel click on the Reports tab and select Create a link (*For Pro-Edition, see instructions below)
  2. Create a Title for the link
  3. Determine what you’d like the link to display- Single job, All jobs, Talent Network page
  4. Categorize where contacts who see this link are stored- Select a Function, Folder or create a new folder
  5. Click on Create Link
  6. Cut and paste the link in your desired location (email, document, etc.)

*Pro-Edition Custom Link

  1. From the left navigation panel, click either My Jobs or All Jobs
  2. Navigate to the job
  3. In the upper right hand corner, click the down arrow next to Promote Job, and select Create custom link.
